Almost a year after my successful Tubular Bells concerts, I have announced the next (slightly smaller) extravaganza – 7.30pm on Saturday 8th April 2017 at the Mercury Theatre, raising money for their Mercury Rising renovation project. Tickets will be £21 and will be available via their website soon. Members of the original 25 piece ensemble will be playing a collection of shorter highlights from Mike Oldfield’s music but we will also play Tubular Bells Part 1 (side A) in its entirety.
